§ 52.076 PUBLICATION; BASIS.
   The sewer service charges shall be published in a form for public distribution by mail to each customer's billing address and notice shall become a part of this chapter upon adoption and public notification, and shall be based on the cost of treatment per 1,000 gallons of sewage.
