§ 52.057 SERVICE LINES; CITY RESPONSIBILITY.
   (A)   When application has been made under the terms of this chapter, the city shall provide the necessary service to the customer at the point of street right-of-way or property line of easement established for the sewer main.
   (B)   The line shall be owned and maintained by the city.
