(A) The size and connection fee of all services shall be governed by the number of individual units to be served by the same connection.
(B) Single-family dwelling units and apartments or duplexes containing less than four single-family dwelling units shall have a four-inch connection minimum.
(C) Multi-family units containing more than four single-family dwelling units shall have a connection sized upon the equivalent number of bedrooms and flow as specified by the State Department of Health and Environmental Control criteria or Southern Standard Building Code whichever is greater.
