§ 52.052 SEPTIC TANK SYSTEMS WHERE SEWER NOT AVAILABLE.
   Where no public sewer exists within the limitation of § 52.050 or where connection is technically im-practical, the owner of the property may apply for a permit to construct and operate a septic tank system as approved by the County Department of Health, and further provided that the septic tank system is properly maintained so as to eliminate hazard to public health.
