§ 52.049 REDUCTION IN RATES WHERE WATER DOES NOT ENTER SEWERS.
   In the event that a person discharging waste into the sanitary system produces evidence that more than 10% of his or her water does not enter the sewer system, the user may apply for a reduction in the flow used to calculate his or her sewer use charge.
