§ 52.030 PRETREATMENT METHODS; WHEN REQUIRED.
   Any industrial user whose wastewater characteristics contain incompatible or toxic pollutants in excess of those established by regulations of the EPA shall provide pretreatment of the waste by the method of best practical treatment.
