§ 52.027 ANALYSIS OF WASTES.
   Any person who should wish to make the connection and to discharge the sewage as described above shall make written application to the approving authority, with a complete analysis of a composite sample of the sewage as determined by an independent laboratory, in addition to compliance with all other sections of this chapter.
