§ 52.018 CONNECTIONS; INSPECTIONS AND PERMITS.
   The city shall reserve the right to inspect and grant permission for all connections to the sewerage system and require the payment of a tap fee before permission to connect can be granted to any person. The tap fee shall be as specified herein.
