§ 52.016 STORM SEWERS.
   (A)   Storm water and surface drainage shall be admitted to only the sewers as are specifically designated as storm sewers or storm drains.
   (B)   Unpolluted process and cooling waters may, upon written application and approval by the approving authority, be discharged to storm sewers or storm drains.
