(A) Any new development proposing to construct water distribution lines or extensions to existing transmission mains to connect directly into the city's water system shall conform to city standards.
(B) The plans and specifications shall be prepared by a registered engineer who is authorized by the laws of the state and approved or approvable by any and all local, county and state authorities having jurisdiction.
