§ 51.053 CLASSIFICATION OF CUSTOMERS FOR BILLING PURPOSES.
   (A)   Each account for water service shall be classified for billing purposes at the discretion of the city and according to the definitions contained herein.
   (B)   The customer shall have the right of redress to the city for purposes of reclassification through presentation of sufficient evidence to the City Council.
