(A) All metered accounts with water service only shall be billed quarterly. All metered accounts with water and sewer service shall be billed monthly. All accounts shall be billed through the United States Postal Service or by email.
(B) While the city will make every reasonable effort to see that each customer receives his or her bill, no responsibility will be assumed for non- delivery when same has been mailed at the post office.
