§ 51.034 TESTS OF WATER SUPPLY.
   (A)   The city shall conduct tests in a recognized and generally accepted manner to ensure a potable water supply to the customer.
   (B)   These tests are to be in accordance with the rules and regulations of the State Department of Health and Environmental Control.
