§ 51.031 CONNECTION OF SYSTEM WITH OTHER WATER SOURCES.
   (A)   Under no circumstance shall any part of the waterworks system be connected in any way with any other water source except as specifically approved in writing by the City Council.
   (B)   Any hazardous connection between the waterworks system and any source of contamination is expressly prohibited.
