(A) Upon payment of a $25 fee, the city will allow any customer a convenience cut-off and cut-on as a protective device during periods of absence from the premises.
(B) Actual cut-off and cut-on must be accomplished by the city and does not relieve the customer of any obligation to pay the minimum charges for service.
