§ 51.008 TRANSFER OR RESALE OF SERVICE PROHIBITED.
   (A)   Water service, as provided by this chapter, is rendered to the customer for the use of the customer in the operation of his or her residence, rental, service, business, commercial or institution.
   (B)   Service shall not be subleased, assigned, transferred, sold or disposed of to others, in whole or any part thereof.
