§ 51.003 TAMPERING OR DAMAGING SYSTEM.
   It shall be unlawful and a violation of this chapter for any person, or persons, to damage, deface, alter, change or tamper with any part of the waterworks system; and upon conviction, the person, or persons, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and fined in accordance with the penalty for a misdemeanor.
