The County Sheriff, or his or her authorized representatives, are hereby designated as enforcement personnel for this subchapter, and they are hereby vested with the authority to issue citations for violations of this subchapter, which shall be enforced with the intent to ensure that each, residential, commercial, and industrial structure in the county is clearly identified by its assigned street address in order to enable emergency and other public service personnel to promptly identify same at all times during the night and day.
