§ 151.01 NATIONAL FLOOD INSURANCE PROGRAM.
   (A)   The Town Manager, or designee, is appointed as the Floodplain Administrator for the town and will serve as the community point of contact on National Flood Insurance Program issues.
   (B)   The special flood hazard areas identified by the Federal Emergency Management Agency in a scientific and engineering report entitled "The Flood Insurance Study (F1S) for Pinal County, Arizona and Incorporated Areas, dated December 4, 2007," with accompanying Flood Insurance Rate Maps (FIRMs) dated December 4, 2007, and all subsequent amendments and/or revisions, are declared to be the minimum area of applicability of the floodplain management regulations and may be supplemented by studies for other areas as allowed in the regulations.
   (C)   The certain document, which is adopted by reference, entitled "Floodplain Management Regulations for the Town of Florence, Arizona," dated March 2016, and all subsequent amendments and/or revisions, shall be used to manage and regulate the floodplains within the town.
