§ 50.129 CHARGES WHEN METER FAILS TO REGISTER CORRECTLY OR UNABLE TO BE READ.
   (A)   If the meter fails to register correctly, the charge to the consumer shall be estimated. The Finance Director has the authority to develop an estimating procedure in accordance with the best available historical consumption data. The estimation shall be kept on file in the Finance Utility Billing Department.
   (B)   Meter readings may be estimated whenever construction conditions, obstruction, inclement weather or emergency situations prevent completion of the regular meter reading cycle.
