For the purpose of §§ 151.20 - 151.24 the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning. "MODULAR HOME." A residence building which is preconstructed or prepackaged into modules or components at a plant or manufacturing site and shipped to the site where it will be permanently attached to a foundation. This definition specifically excludes dwellings which are designed to be moved periodically from place to place.
