§ 116.01 SOLICITING CONTRIBUTIONS FROM DRIVER OR OCCUPANT OF MOTOR VEHICLE.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any person to approach a motor vehicle stopped at any intersection as defined in KRS 189.0101(4) within the City of Florence, Kentucky.
   (B)   The following are exceptions to the above provisions: any public official approaching a stopped vehicle in his or her official capacity, and an individual approaching a stopped vehicle in an emergency situation or under exigent circumstances.
