§ 111.09 HOURS WHEN SALES PERMITTED.
   (A)   A licensee may sell alcoholic beverages or do any act authorized by the licensee’s license with respect to the sale of alcoholic beverages only during the hours hereinafter set out for each such license.
      (1)   A premises licensed to sell distilled spirits, wine and/or malt beverages shall be permitted to do so between the hours of 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 a.m., except that such drink sales shall be permitted on Sunday only between the hours from 9:00 a.m. to 11:59:59 p.m. (Sunday sales require a special Sunday retail drink license).
      (2)   Retail package distilled spirits and wine sales shall be permitted from 6:00 a.m. until 1:00 a.m. each day of the week, except that such package sales shall be permitted on Sunday only between the hours of 11:00 a.m. to 11:59:59 p.m.
      (3)   Retail malt beverage package sales shall be permitted from 6:00 a.m. until 2:30 a.m. each day of the week, except that such package sales shall be permitted on Sunday only between the hours of 11:00 a.m. to 11:59:59 p.m.
      (4)   A licensee who holds a NQ1 license may apply for an extended hours supplemental license which will allow alcohol sales between the period between 6:00 a.m. to 4:30 a.m. daily except Sunday and from 9:00 a.m. to 2:30 a.m. on Sunday.
      (5)   A licensee who holds a special Sunday retail drink license may serve distilled spirits, wine, and malt beverages by the drink from 9:00 a.m. to 11:59:59 p.m., except when New Year’s Eve (Dec. 31) falls on a Sunday, then until 2:30 a.m. on the following New Year’s Day (January 1).
      (6)   Holders of a distributor’s license are permitted to deliver and sell alcohol between 6:00 a.m. and 11:59:59 p.m. each day of the week except Sunday.
   (B)   If a licensee provides a separate department within his licensed premises capable of being locked and closed off, within which is kept all stocks of alcoholic beverages and all fixtures and apparatus connected with his business as a licensee, and this department is kept locked during all times when his premises are open and he is not authorized to sell alcoholic beverages hereunder, he shall be deemed to have complied with this section.
