(A) The initial statement of financial interests required by this section, except statements required to be filed by candidates, shall be filed with the Board of Ethics, or the administrative official designated as the custodian of its records by the Board of Ethics, no later than 5:00 p.m. on February 1, 1995. An officer or employee newly-appointed to fill an office or position of employment with the city or a city agency shall file his or her initial statement no later than 30 days after the date of the appointment. All subsequent statements of financial interest shall be filed no later than 5:00 p.m. on April 30 each year.
(B) Candidates shall file a statement of financial interests no later than 5:00 p.m., on the thirtieth day after the deadline for filing in the Boone County Clerk's Office of the documents necessary to qualify them to run for the city elective office for which they are a candidate.
(C) The Board of Ethics may grant a reasonable extension of time for filing a statement of financial interests for good cause shown.
(D) In the event there is a material change in any information contained in a financial statement that has been filed with the Board, the candidate, officer or employee shall, no later than 30 days after becoming aware of the material change, file an amended statement with the Board.
