§ 50.304 FAILURE TO REMEDY DEFECTS.
   If a developer fails to begin repairs within ten days after institution of the procedure of § 50.029(A) of this chapter, the Water and Sewer Commission may forthwith cause the defects for which the procedure was initiated to be remedied and charge the cost and expense thereof to the developer.
