(A) All workmanship and all materials furnished shall comply with the requirements of the approved plans and specifications. If at any time within one year after the date of the final inspection, any defect should appear, which in the opinion of the Water and Sewer Commission, is due to inferior materials or workmanship, the developer shall guarantee that he will do immediately, without cost to the Water and Sewer Commission and the Sanitation District, whatever is necessary to remedy the defects. The Water and Sewer Commission will notify the developer in writing of the defects and the repairs to be made, and the developer shall agree to begin the repairs within ten days from the date of notice.
(B) The design and construction of all sanitary sewers connected, either directly or indirectly to the wastewater treatment system managed by the Water and Sewer Commission shall, as a minimum, meet all published standards and specifications as established by the Sanitation District No. 1.
