(A) The Parks, Playground, and Recreation Board shall, within 60 days after the close of each fiscal year of the city, furnish to the city, a written statement of receipts and expenditures for the preceding year, the statement to be subscribed to and sworn to by the Treasurer of the Board.
(B) The Board shall operate in accordance with the provisions of this subchapter and all other applicable provisions of law.
