(A) It is hereby affirmed that licensees under the provisions of KRS 190.030(7) are permitted to conduct the temporary sale or display of motor vehicles, off the licensed premises within the corporate limits of the city.
(B) Persons conducting the temporary sale or display of motor vehicles pursuant to this section shall hold a proper occupational license from the city and comply with planning and zoning regulations all other applicable ordinances, statues or regulations.
