§ 91.10 VENOMOUS AND NON-VENOMOUS REPTILES.
   No person may own, harbor, shelter, or keep a venomous reptile of any kind or a non-venomous reptile more than six feet in length within the town, except that alligators, crocodiles, and other similar water species shall not exceed three feet in length.
