§ 91.99 PENALTY.
   Any person violating the terms of this chapter shall pay a fine of $25 for the first offense. A fine of $50 shall be paid for a second and any subsequent offense. Each day that a person is in violation of this chapter shall be considered a separate violation. Such penalty shall be paid to the Town Clerk-Treasurer.
