§ 54.20 MUNICIPAL SERVICE.

   (A)   Availability. Available to the town for municipal services such as water, sewage, works, Town Hall, fire stations, parks, and the like.

   (B)   Monthly rates. The rate for all municipal services shall be $0.106 per kilowatt-hour.

   (C)   Rate adjustment. The charges derived in the above rates are subject to adjustment for: purchased power cost adjustment tracking factor. (See § 54.23.)

   (D)   Nonrecurring charges. (See §§ 54.24 through 54.33.)
