(B) The rate adjustment shall be on the basis of an energy cost factor occasioned solely by changes in the cost of purchased power in accordance with the order of the Public Service Commission of the state approved May 2, 1984 in Cause No. 36836-S2 as follows: the rate adjustment applicable to the above listed rate schedules shall be $0.000000 per KWH used per month.
