§ 54.15 REVISION OF RATES AND CHARGES.
   The rates and charges for the services rendered by the municipal electric utility be revised to conform with §§ 54.17 through 54.33 attached hereto and made a part hereof, including § 54.23 which shall be adjusted as needed to reflect solely the change in the cost of purchased power.
