§ 28-18  BOARDING OR ALIGHTING FROM MOVING VEHICLES.
   No person shall board or alight from any bus or vehicle while such bus or vehicle is in motion.

§ 28-19  HITCHING TO OR CLIMBING ON VEHICLE.
   No person shall hitch or climb onto any moving vehicle either with or without the consent of the operator.

§ 28-20  RIDERS ON BICYCLES, ROLLER SKATES AND THE LIKE HITCHING ONTO MOTOR VEHICLES.
   No person about to operate or operating a motor vehicle on the roadway of any street in the City of Flint shall permit any minor to attach himself or herself to any such motor vehicle while such minor person is riding, propelling or operating any bicycle, roller skates, wagon, sled, ice skates, toboggan, or any other vehicle or device similarly propelled or operated on wheels or rollers.
   Any person riding upon a bicycle, motorcycle, motor-driven cycle, coaster, wagon, sled, roller or ice skates, or any toy vehicle, shall not attach the same or himself or herself to any moving vehicle upon any street or highway.

§ 28-21  USE OF ROLLER SKATES, COASTERS AND THE LIKE; PENALTY.
   (a)   No person upon roller skates, or riding in or by means of any coaster, toy vehicle or similar devices shall go upon any roadway, except while crossing a street at a crosswalk.
   (b)   No person shall permit any child under ten years of age, for the actions of which child such person is legally responsible, to ride, push, propel or operate any bicycle, tricycle, roller skates, wagon, sled, scooter, so called ice skates, toboggan or other vehicle or device similarly propelled or operated on wheels or runners, on the roadway of any street in the City.
   (c)   Any person upon roller skates, or riding in or by means of any skateboard, coaster, toy vehicle or similar devices on any sidewalk, public right-of-way or area commonly frequented by pedestrians shall yield the right-of-way to any pedestrian and shall give an audible signal before overtaking and passing such pedestrian.
   (d)   Violation of this section shall be a civil infraction punishable by a fine of not more than thirty-five dollars ($35.00).

§ 28-22  THROWING OBJECTS UPON HIGHWAY; REMOVAL OF GLASS AND THE LIKE WHEN REMOVING DAMAGED VEHICLE.
   (a)   No person shall throw or deposit from motor vehicles upon any highway or upon any private or public property adjacent to any highway, any refuse of any kind or nature, including, but not limited to, glass bottles, glass, nails, tacks, wire, cans, paper, rubbish or garbage.
   (b)   Any person removing a wrecked or damaged vehicle from the highway, shall remove any glass or other injurious substance dropped upon the highway from such vehicle.
