§ 26-5 SAME — SIDEWALK CONSTRUCTION, EXCAVATION AND THE LIKE.

   The permit fees for the activities enumerated in this section shall be established from time to time by resolution of the City Council, kept on file by the City Clerk, and contained in Appendix A of the City Code. Such fees must be paid to the Department of Public Works in advance of the work being performed.
