§ 19-100  VEHICLES STANDING IN FRONT OF ENTRANCE OR EXIT; EXCEPTIONS; FIRE LANES FOR FLINT COLLEGE AND CULTURAL CENTER.
   No vehicle shall be permitted to stand in front of the entrance or exit of any theater, church, office building, public dance hall, club, or building which is designated to be a building in which a large number of people are accustomed to gather, except for the purpose of stopping to take on or discharge passengers or merchandise.
   For the purpose of providing fire protection for the Flint College and Cultural Center, the following fire lanes are designated:
   (a)   A fire lane 24 feet in width running northerly from East Court Street on the easterly edge of the parking lot, said fire lane being marked on East Court Street by a sign designating “Entrance.” Said fire lane also being bounded on the east by a curb and on the west by a white painted line. Said fire lane also extends northerly along the easterly side of the Mott Community Center of Science and Applied Arts Building as designated by white painted lines.
   (b)   A fire lane consisting of the extension of East Second Street as extended west from the end of the pavement to and including the area north of the Mott Community Center of Science and Applied Arts Building and the Curtis Community College Building as included in and marked by white lines.
   (c)   A fire lane 24 feet in width running northerly from East Court Street and being designated on East Court Street as “Exit” and running north to the Mott Community Center of Science and Applied Arts Building and as marked by white lines.
   (d)   A fire lane running from Ballenger Field House to the fire lane designated in subparagraph(c) hereof, and including all area between curbs or as marked by white lines.
   (e)   A 24-foot fire lane running on the southerly and westerly sides of the Mott Community Center of Science and Applied Arts Building as marked by white lines.
   No vehicle shall be permitted to stand in any of the above fire lanes designated except for the purpose of stopping to take on or discharge passengers or merchandise.
