It shall be unlawful for any person, persons, firm or corporation to obstruct or cause to be obstructed the entrance or exit of any theater, church, office building, public dance hall, club, or building that is designated to be a building in which a large number of people are accustomed to gather, except for the purpose of temporarily loading or unloading merchandise.
