§ 19-28  DRIVING ACROSS FIRE HOSES.
   No person shall ride or drive any carriage, sleigh, cart, wagon, or other vehicle upon or cross any hose used by the Fire Department of the City of Flint in any street, lane, alley or other place in the City of Flint.
