§ 19-13 MAKING OR POSSESSION OF KEYS TO SIGNAL BOXES; EXCEPTIONS.

It shall be unlawful for any person to make or cause to be made, or to use or have in his possession any key, or impression or duplicate of any signal box of the fire alarm telegraph without the written permission of the Chief of the Fire Department.
