§ 19-11.1  FALSE ALARMS FOR MEDICAL ASSISTANCE PROHIBITED; PENALTY.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to willingly or designedly to give, assist in giving, countenance or request or cause to be given any false alarm regarding a request for medical assistance or a medical emergency.
   Any person upon conviction for the violation of this section shall be punishable by a fine not exceeding five hundred dollars ($500.00) or by imprisonment not exceeding ninety (90) days or by both such fine and imprisonment in the discretion of the Court, for each such offense.
