§ 17-1  DEFINITIONS.
   FENCE. Any partition, structure, or gate, erected as a dividing marker, barrier or enclosure.
   GRADE. Ground level adjacent to the fence on either side.
   ZONE CLASSIFICATIONS. Those of Chapter 50.
