§ 13-1  DESIGNATION OF BURIAL AREAS.
   It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to bury or cause to be buried in the ground within the limits of the City of Flint, the body of any person, except within the following specified areas:
   (a)   Calvary Cemetery.  Lands in Section 4 of Smith’s Reservation bounded on the northerly side by Flushing Road and lands owned by Thomas W. Wolcott, on the easterly side by lands owned by Thomas W. Wolcott, on the southerly side by the Flint River and on the westerly side by the corporate limits of the City of Flint, commonly known and designated as Calvary Cemetery.
   (b)   St. Michael’s Roman Catholic Cemetery. Lot 21 and that part of Lot 22 described as a strip of land 329 feet in width off the west end of Lot 22 in “Fairgrove,” according to the recorded plat thereof, being commonly known as St. Michael’s Roman Catholic Cemetery.
   (c)   Greek Catholic Cemetery.  East three acres of Lot 22, “Fairgrove,” according to the recorded plat thereof, commonly known as the Greek Catholic Cemetery.
   (d)   St. Michael’s Greek Congregation of Flint Cemetery. The west three acres of the east six acres of Lot 22, “Fairgrove,” according to the recorded plat thereof, commonly known as St. Michael’s Greek Congregation of Flint Cemetery.
   (e)   Jewish Cemetery.  Five acres in the Northeast corner of the southwest quarter of the northwest quarter of Section 33, Township 8 North, Range 7 East, commonly known as the Jewish Cemetery.
   (f)   Aventine Cemetery.  Lots 17 to 28, inclusive, of Block 2, East Flint, according to recorded plat thereof commonly known as Aventine Cemetery.
   (g)   Grace Lawn Cemetery.  The lands embraced in the area bounded on the west by North Saginaw Street, on the north by the plat known as Rosemont, as recorded; on the east by Selby Street; and on the south by the plat known as Oak Knoll, as recorded; commonly known as Grace Lawn Cemetery.
   (h)   Avondale Cemetery. Lands embraced within the plat of Avondale Cemetery as recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of the County of Genesee, situated in Block 1, Lots 1 to 15 inclusive, of Block 2, and Block 3 of East Flint, according to the recorded plat thereof commonly known as Avondale Cemetery, excepting therefrom lands conveyed to the City of Flint for Armory purposes.
   (i)   Glenwood Cemetery.  Lands embraced within the recorded plat of Glenwood Cemetery as recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of the County of Genesee.
   (j)   Assyrian Cemetery. The south 125 feet of the east 600 feet of the northwest quarter of Section 33, Town 8 North, Range 7 East, commonly known as the Assyrian Cemetery, in the City of Flint, County of Genesee and State of Michigan.
