§ 12-248 SUSPENSION OF OPERATIONS BY CHIEF OF POLICE.

   The Chief of Police or his or her designee shall have the authority to temporarily suspend the operation of horse drawn vehicles on the streets of the City when conditions for such operations become unsuitable or unsafe.

§ 12-249 RULES AND REGULATIONS GENERALLY.

   The City Clerk may create such forms as are necessary to carry out the provisions of this division.

§ 12-250 EXPIRATION OF LICENSES.

   All licensees under this division shall expire on the thirty-first day of March of the year following the year of issuance and shall be renewable for each year thereafter.
