Sec. 3-502 TERM OF OFFICE.

A. The Ombudsman’s term is seven (7) years.

B. The Ombudsman may be removed for cause by three-fourths (3/4) of the City Council members elect.

C. Any person who has held the position of Ombudsman under this Charter is not eligible for reappointment.

(Adopted by the electorate, 11-5-1974)
