Sec. 3-401  CITY CLERK, APPOINTMENT AND TENURE.
   The City Council shall appoint a City Clerk who shall serve at the pleasure of the Council. The vote to appoint and the vote to discharge the City Clerk shall not be subject to review by the Mayor.
(Adopted by the electorate, 11-5-1974)
