There is hereby established the Flint Area Enterprise Zone which is an area legally described as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of N. Saginaw Street and Coldwater Rd. and continuing west to the intersection of Coldwater Rd. and Clio Rd., then south along Clio Rd. to its intersection with Carpenter Rd., then east along Carpenter Rd. to its intersection with Dupont Street, then south along Dupont Street to its intersection with Pasadena Avenue, then east along Pasadena Avenue to M. L. King, then south along M. L. King to its intersection with Welch Boulevard, then west along Welch Boulevard to its intersection with Dupont Street, then south along Dupont Street to its intersection with Chevrolet Avenue, then south along Chevrolet Avenue to its intersection with the Flint River, then east along the Flint River to its intersection with the Thread Creek, then south along the Thread Creek as extended to intersect with Fenton Rd., then south along Fenton Rd. to I-69, then east along I- 69 to I-475, then north along I-475 to Robert T. Longway, then west along Robert T. Longway to the Flint River, then north along the Flint River to the Gilkey Creek, then east-southeast along the Gilkey Creek to I-475, then north along I-475 to Davison Rd., then east along Davison Rd. to Franklin Street, then north along Franklin Street to Dort Highway, then west-northwest along Dort Highway to the Flint River, then northwest along the Flint River to Carpenter Rd., then west along Carpenter Rd. to N. Saginaw Street, then north along N. Saginaw Street to the point of beginning at the intersection of N. Saginaw Street and Coldwater Rd.
