The Citizens’ Council shall perform all of the duties established for such Council by 1985 PA 224, which duties include, without limitation, the following:
(a) Advising the City of Flint and the Charter Township of Mount Morris on all matters relating to enterprise zone activities;
(b) Advocating the promotion and development of business in the Flint Area Enterprise Zone;
(c) Coordinate employer needs with available training programs and other services;
(d) Upon the request of a qualified business, assist in the recruitment of employees for existing or future jobs;
(e) Review each employer annually to ensure the employer’s continuing status as a qualified business;
(f) Provide information, as requested, to the Michigan Enterprise Zone Authority created pursuant to Act 224 of the Public Acts of 1985.
