A Citizens’ Council for the Flint Area Enterprise Zone is hereby established to consist of 11 persons who live, work, own property, or own a business that owns propertyin the enterprise community in the City of Flint and/or the Charter Township of Mount Morris. The Board of Directors of Flint Area Enterprise Community, Incorporated is hereby appointed as the Citizens Council for the Flint Area Enterprise Zone.
