Sec. 1-301 FORM OF GOVERNMENT.

The voters of the City of Flint shall elect a chief executive for the City and a legislative body for the City under this Charter. This Charter may be amended pursuant to the law in order to improve the form of government stated in this section.

(Adopted by the electorate, 11-5-1974)
