All existing rules and regulations for the supervision, management and operation of parks owned and operated by the City of Flint shall remain in effect until amended in the manner prescribed by Section 1-801 of the Charter of the City of Flint.
Fees and deposits charged by the Department of Parks and Recreation shall be established from time to time by resolution and ordinance of the City Council, kept on file by the City Clerk, and contained in Appendix A of the Master Fee Schedule of the City Code.
